Die, Volume One Review

Review by Katie

Do you dabble in Dungeon & Dragons? Are you a fellow Jumanji fan? Then try Kieron Gillen’s Die, Volume One: Fantasy Heartbreaker. Known for his series The Wicked and Divine, Gillen is back in action with a dark fantasy plot (as well as beautiful art) involving a group of six teenagers who get sucked into the fantasy world of the roleplaying game they play. They successfully return home two years later, except for one problem, one member of their group is missing. 25 years later, the remaining group returns yet again to the fantasy realm, but this time things are different—their missing friend is controlling the game, and they cannot leave until they finish the game…
