I loved this book! I had seen the film already, so I knew the basic plot. This gave me an interesting perspective on how people must have read the book for the first time. Would I have figured it out? Guessed the ending? I truly think I would have been clueless; the whole thing is done so well. I found the book so much more engaging and interesting, but I always seem to. I would definitely give it a read whether you have seen the movie or just know the story from modern-day references. Great short and scary read!
